The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable; when I thought I had lost my earring, the staff went above and beyond to help me search for it, showcasing their exceptional customer service. The heating and air conditioning in the room were perfect-ensuring a comfortable environment regardless of the weather outside. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a variety of treats, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The terrace overlooking the lagoon was a tranquil oasis, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The presence of garden furniture allowed me to relax and soak in the stunning views in utmost comfort. The complimentary toiletries provided were of high quality, further enhancing the overall experience. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of modernity to the room, blending seamlessly with the hotel's historical charm.
